1. Information We Collect

County Office provides a public directory of government offices and organizations. We do not require account registration to browse. We may collect non-personal information such as IP addresses, browser types, and basic usage data to keep the site working.

If you claim a listing we collect the name, email, phone number, role, listing URL, location address, listing phone, Google Map link, Overview & Services text, and any private note you send. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We receive a payment ID and confirmation. We do not store full card numbers.

2. Use of Information

We use claim information to verify your email, review the listing, email you about the request, and keep a record of paid claims. We do not sell this data. Private notes are not published on the live listing.

3. Data Accuracy and Removal

Listing pages may be incomplete or out of date. If reported information is wrong or should not be public, we can correct or remove it immediately. See Report a listing and Listing guidelines.
