1. The directory
Pages on this site are provided for general information. Addresses, phone numbers, hours, maps, and descriptions may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm important details with the office or business before you act.
2. Listing claims
A “Claim this listing” purchase is a one-time fee to request that we review and, if we accept the request, update that listing. Payment does not transfer ownership of the page, guarantee search ranking, or require us to publish every change you submit. The public listing does not change until we review it.
3. Accuracy and removal
You must submit information you are authorized to provide. If we find that a listing, including a claimed listing, contains wrong, misleading, or harmful information, we may correct or remove it immediately, with or without notice. Reports are reviewed as described on our Report a listing page.
4. Fees
The claim fee is $49 USD unless we state another price at checkout. Fees are processed by Dodo Payments. Paid claims are not refundable. See our Refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to harass anyone, collect personal data without a lawful reason, impersonate an office, or submit spam. We may refuse or reverse a claim and may block access if these terms are broken.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kapbytes Technologies is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the directory or from a listing claim. Our total liability for a claim purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that claim.
