- the full listing URL;
- what is wrong (for example a phone number that is not the office, or a home address that should not be shown);
- the correct information if you have it;
- your name and a way to reach you.
We review reports as soon as we can. If the listing is clearly wrong or putting someone at risk, we can remove the address, phone number, or the whole listing immediately, before a longer investigation.
Reporting a listing does not require a paid claim. Paid claim customers still have no refund if we later remove or correct the page. See Refund policy and Listing guidelines.
