CountyThis policy applies to the $49 “Claim this listing” purchase and any similar paid listing request on county-office.com.
No refunds
All listing claim payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks by goodwill once Dodo Payments has processed the payment. That includes cases where:
- you entered the wrong listing, email, or contact details;
- we decline to publish some or all of your requested changes;
- review takes longer than you expected;
- we later remove or correct the listing because the information is wrong, reported, or harmful;
- you no longer want the listing claimed.
What you are paying for
The fee covers review of your request and the work of applying accepted updates. It is not a listing subscription, an advertisement guarantee, or a government filing.
Unauthorized charges
If you did not authorize a charge, write to info@county-office.com with the payment ID from your Dodo receipt. We will look into it. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may delay that review.
